Introduction In recent years, passivated emitter and rear cell (PERC) has become the mainstream technology of mono-crystalline silicon solar cell due to its high conversion efficiency and low process cost [1, 2]. Improving the solar cell efficiency and reducing the production cost are vital to the development of solar cell industry.
